We've been investing in the real estate community for over 2 and a half years, and the journey has been driven by the desire to create long-term partnerships and relationships with real estate investors and landlords like yourself.
From the very beginning, our goal has been to build lasting connections in communities I am truly passionate about. Our journey into real estate investment started with hands-on experience in the field.
Saul personally began by working with a leasing company, where he had the opportunity to lease over 175+ units during his five years with the company.
This experience provided invaluable insights into the world of property management and the unique challenges that landlords face.
What We've Learned
Through Our work, we've come to understand that one of the most critical tasks for a landlord is finding the right tenants. Over the years, combined we have meticulously screened through hundreds of tenant applications, gaining the knowledge and expertise needed to identify the qualities that make a reliable and responsible tenant.
Our passion has always been working closely with landlords and witnessing the growth that can be achieved together. This led us to establish HavenStay Homes, a Corporate Executive Housing service designed to ease the burdens of property ownership, reduce vacancies, and create thriving, long-term partnerships.
